If the US Government was spending this year what it spent in 2019, we'd have a budget surplus. Instead, we face a roughly 2 Trillion dollar deficit. One of the Ten Things We Can Agree On for America is, "Our Government Should Operate Within It's Means". We have to do these things as families and as businesses, but the government on a national level doesn't have to. If this doesn't end soon, our nation faces a financial collapse.
